The PACC and its Affiliates Won the "Model Ethical Organization" Award for Fiscal Year 2025
On Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 9:00 AM, the Secretary-General of the Office of the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) assigned Ms. Oranit Sukban, Director of the Corruption Suppression in Public Sector Division 2, as the PACC’s representative to receive a certificate of recognition for being a "Model Ethical Organization" for the fiscal year 2025. The award ceremony was presided over by Mr. Prasop Reangngern, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Culture (MoC).
During the ceremony, 17 agencies under the PACC were recognized for their exemplary ethical standards. These included the Office of the Secretary-General, the Legal Affairs Division, the Foreign Affairs Division, the Case Management Division, the Corruption Suppression in Public Sector Division 1-5, the Corruption Prevention in Public Sector Division, the Strategy and Plan Division, the Anti-Corruption Administration Division, the Information Technology and Communication Center, the Innovation and Transparency in Public Sector Division, the Risk Management and Corruption Interdiction in Public Sector Division, and the Supervision and Mobilization of Government Policy Division. The ceremony took place at the S Ratchada Hotel, Huai Khwang District, Bangkok, with executives, representatives, and related officials in attendance.
he certificate presentation ceremony was organized by the Department of Religious Affairs, Ministry of Culture, as part of the National Morality Promotion Action Plan Phase 2. The plan aims to foster a moral society where Thai people live in harmony under the principles of religion, the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, good Thai cultural practices, and a corruption-free Thailand. The plan’s key performance indicators are based on five moral values: Sufficiency, Discipline, Integrity, Volunteerism, and Gratitude—fundamental virtues for living together in society.
The PACC has implemented the principle of "Dhammanyajare Sucharittang" (Perform your duties honestly with the highest ability; success and virtue will endure forever) to drive its operations and cultivate a positive culture among its staff. This commitment to integrity is expected to further improve the ethical and transparency scores of public sector agencies, as reflected in the Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA).
