The PACC welcomed a delegation from the Anti-Corruption Commission of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh (ACC) on the Occasion of their Study Visit on Anti-Corruption.

On Tuesday, 31 March 2026, at 14:00 hrs., the Secretary-General of PACC assigned Mr. Ariyrawut Thienthummo, Director of the Foreign Affairs Division, together with executives and officials of the PACC, to warmly receive Ms. Flora Bilkis Jahan, Director, and delegation from the ACC, Bangladesh. The visit was organized as part of a training seminar and study tour hosted by the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT).
The session, held under the topic “Roles and Responsibilities of the PACC in Preventing and Suppressing Corruption and Ethical Protection in Public Sector Anti-Corruption Efforts, as well as Notable Achievements of the Anti-Corruption Operations Center,” took place at Meeting Room 1, PACC Headquarters, Software Park Building, Chaeng Watthana Road, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province.
On this occasion, the Director of the Foreign Affairs Division delivered the opening remarks, providing an overview of PACC’s roles, mandates, and key anti-corruption initiatives. PACC executives also engaged in an interactive discussion with the delegation, addressing inquiries on organizational structure, core functions, and legal authority of the PACC, as well as procedures for complaint handling, investigation processes, case prosecution, witness protection, and case studies on corruption proceedings.
This visit aimed to promote the exchange of knowledge and experiences in public administration, as well as tools for oversight and sustainable organizational development in line with good governance principles. It is expected to contribute to more effective corruption prevention, while strengthening cooperation between the two agencies in the future.
